Highlights
Learn to make your own fresh pasta according to ancient Italian traditions using flour, eggs and other ingredients. Under the expert guidance of a multilingual chef, you will learn how to make pasta, both with a rolling pin and a pasta machine. You will prepare three different types of pasta with three different sauces and a traditional Italian dessert. The course will be followed by a dinner or lunch with the prepared dishes, accompanied by a good Tuscan wine. Enjoy a fun and friendly atmosphere.

Notes:
*Children under 8 years old are not allowed.
*Participants are advised to wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
*Please note that people suffering from the flu cannot attend this class for health reasons.

IMPORTANT: It is mandatory to show up at the meeting point at the indicated check-in time. In case of delay it will not be possible to join the group, nor have a refund or reschedule the course.
Cancellation policies
No penalty for cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled departure time. For cancellations made less than 72 hours before the tour departure and in case of no show, 100% of the penalty will be applied.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, another date or an alternative Tour or a full refund will be offered.
